Expanding Best-selling collections

As a Product Development Associate at RH, I lead the adaptation of best-selling upholstery collections — evaluating existing products for cross-market potential, coordinating with vendors on material feasibility and new product development, and presenting product proposals to senior stakeholders. Working across the full development pipeline taught me that adapting a successful product for a new market is a negotiation: understanding exactly what to change, and defending that line with research.
